The CARIM Courses allow you to get acquainted with state-of–the-art technologies and novel concepts in Cardiovascular Research. Equally important, it allows you to meet fellow-PhDs and CARIM staff. This will help you to generate new ideas, to boost your own research, and to enlarge your network.
The topics of the courses of this year are:
- Drug Development
- Vascular Inflammation and Thrombosis
On Wednesday afternoon that week, your fellow PhD’s of I’MCARIM will organize a Career Symposium, and the next day there is the HVC-CARIM BBQ.
In the same week the Department of Molecular Cell Biology organizes the course “Advanced Optical Microscopy”. This course also counts as a CARIM course.
Please remember that as part of your PhD program you are required to participate in at least two CARIM courses.
Registration will open on Thursday, March 21. At that moment more details about the program of the individual courses and the general program will be distributed.
