We are proud to announce that Dr Kristiaan Wouters and Dr Marleen van Greevenbroek (Dept fo Internal Medicine) will represent the Netherlands in the Management Committee of the newly granted EU COST Action CA24138, EU-Resolution Biology Network (EU-RESOLVE), one of the largest COST networks in Europe. This prestigious European initiative brings together researchers and clinicians to advance our understanding of the biology of inflammation and its resolution. The kick-off meeting of took place on 15 October in Brussels. 
 
As members of the Management Committee, Kristiaan and Marleen will contribute to shaping the strategic direction and activities of the Action. In addition, Kristiaan has been appointed o-Lead of Working Group 5, focusing on one of the key thematic areas within EU-RESOLVE.
 
The EU-RESOLVE Action aims to strengthen collaboration and knowledge exchange among experts in lipid biology, inflammation, and resolution processes, ultimately contributing to the development of novel therapeutic strategies. The network will organize training activities, workshops, and collaborative research efforts across Europe.
 
We warmly invite interested researchers from CARIM and beyond to join the Action as Working Group members. Participation offers a unique opportunity to engage with an international community of scientists and clinicians, contribute expertise, and develop new collaborations in this rapidly evolving field.
