The content of the education program has been developed by CARIM’S top researchers, while its framework has been created by senior educators of Maastricht University, who have earned an excellent international reputation for their didactical system that is based on problem-based learning. The flexible, integrated program suits individual ambitions of PhD students. For example, the graduate training continuum makes it possible for PhD students to follow Research Master courses and vice versa.

- EuCAR PhD program
- Master's program in Biomedical Sciences - specialization Cardiovascular Biology and Medicine
- Physician-Clinical Investigator Program (A-KO Research Master)
CARIM combines high-level scientific research with high-level education of young researchers, therefore we are qualified as a research school by the Royal Netherlands (KNAW) and recognized as an international training site for Early Stage Researchers by the European Union.
