CARIM offers talented researchers the possibility to engage in a Tenure Track program

After completing a five-year program, young researchers are given the opportunity to obtain a permanent employment contract when they meet certain criteria, based on output (articles in scientific journals), an independent attitute, acquired funding, personal development and scientific recognition.

As part of our effort to improve scientific quality, tenure trackers are assessed by an independent committee, before they are offered a (junior) staff member position at the institute.
